Venice Area Beautification’s Wine Walk is April 30'th!
Balmy weather, charming downtown Venice, wine and tapas all make for the perfect evening to enjoy Venice Area Beautification’s fund raising event April 30th. VABI’s Wine Walk event begins and ends at Venice Wine and Coffee, 201 West Venice Avenue. Registration is at 5:30pm with the Wine Walk starting at about 6. With a guidebook in hand, participants can select from more than 11 wine and tapas purveyors located conveniently
on Venice, Miami and Nokomis Avenues. On sale at both Venice Wine and Coffee and the VABI Trailhead, tickets are $20, plus $6. per token, or 6 tokens for $30. One token is good for a 3 ounce wine pour and tapas. Tickets purchased the day of the event are $25. Wine Walk participants will draw their starting wine purveyor and proceed on to the other wine venues of their choice.
At 8 pm, all of the Wine Walk participants will gather again at Venice Wine and Coffee for port, delicious desserts and a raffle drawing.
